Producer, Artist, and Drummer Silvan Strauss has had two impressive years since the release of his debut album „FACING“ (Kabul Fire Records, 2022). Fans were able to follow in real time how an already household name from the German Jazz bubble reached international spheres such as the Montreux Jazz Festival, while he also gained momentum through his viral drum improvisation on IG and TikTok, up to the point where music giants like Pete Rock and Queen Latifah praised Silvan’s unique bounce.

Meanwhile, he dropped his album „FLUKIN’“ released on January 31st, 2025 featuring amongst others Kabul Fire Records founder and mentor Farhot & London keys icon Joe Armon Jones.

In order to shortened the wait and introduce Silvan Strauss’ sophomore album to friends, family, and business partners, Kabul Fire Records & HEAVY FEELINGS invited to an exclusive live performance of „FLUKIN’“ in Hamburg’s finest recording studios at Clouds Hill on September 4th, 2024.

The trio Silvan Strauss (drums), Giorgi Kignadze (contrabass), Adrian Hanack (sax) were joined by special guest SALOMEA and other artist friends, who contributed to FLUKIN’.

As the album was also recorded at Clouds Hill, we’ll followed up with a live show opened to the public on September 5th, 2024, with limited capacity (50 pax).

Both evenings were recorded straight to tape by Clouds Hill owner and acclaimed producer Johann Scheerer (The Mars Volta, Pete Doherty) in his distinctive aesthetics.
