After his great success of both albums, Gregory Porter now signed a recording contract with Blue Note Records. “Water” (stream below) which received a Grammy nomination for Best Jazz Vocal Album. Porter was buoyed by another Grammy nod in 2012 following the release of his sophomore LP “Be Good”. Porter released both LPs on Motéma Music prior to making the transition to Blue Note, where he has been busy working on his forthcoming third LP.
