The six-piece London jazz band ‘Tanhai Collective’ draws its inspiration from jazz, broken beat, house and dub. They do this to create their unmistakable, energetic sound. After their second performance, where they were discovered by Norman Jay MBE, they played to an enthusiastic audience at Cross the Tracks 2021, a remarkable start to their burgeoning career. This success was followed by a sold-out debut tour of the UK with stops in Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester and London. With their unique sound and a growing fan base behind them – the EP released in 2023, stream and purchase below.
